The Live ADHD Free coaching methodology focuses on permanent transformation. To that purpose, we include personalized support systems, permanent habit change, and streamlined strategies to living ADHD Free. The aim is to lay a foundation of self-awareness to build up the other aspects of an ADHD treatment plan: healthy diet, exercise, meditation, and sometimes medication and/or therapy. Our most important objective is to give our clients the tools to restructure their lives, recover their relationships, and build stable routines.
