Many coaches walk people through the problem of money management and provide them strategies. But this isn’t taking into consideration ADHD. So, they might not work for you. To get money management help, you need someone who has experience in financial and ADHD coaching.

Some Life Coaches specialize in helping people with their money issues by walking them through the problem and giving them strategies for gaining control of their finances. Very few Life Coaches are also Licensed Financial Coaches.
