There are many interpretations out there each claiming to be the right one: ADHD is a disability, ADHD is a brain type. ADHD is an executive function disorder… So how does one navigate the confusing waters of these competing definitions?
If you’ve developed a case of screen addiction, I challenge you to put your phone down for a while. Look at the world around you. Be observant, and feel gratitude for what you see.
If bad days get you down too often, my question for you is, why are they happening in the first place?
Now, our ADHD brains don’t only reserve fear for those life-or-death moments any more…it can be triggered in our rapid-fire minds by just about anything.
